Expédition

Chaque pièce est fabriquée sur commande, ce qui nous permet de compenser les émissions de carbone et de minimiser les déchets. La production prend 2 à 3 jours après la validation de votre commande.

Une fois produits, les articles sont expédiés à notre usine au Canada pour un dernier contrôle de qualité avant de vous être envoyés.

Délai de traitement : 2 à 4 jours ouvrables (hors week-ends et jours fériés)

Délai de livraison : 7 à 14 jours ouvrables après traitement (jusqu’à 20 jours ouvrables dans de rares cas).

Sizing & Fit:

  • Sizing Advice: Runs Small. As this is a tailored satin piece, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or if you have a larger bust, as the cup area is structured.
  • Fit Tip: The spaghetti straps are delicate, and the zipper closure ensures a snatched fit. Trust the waist measurement first when selecting your size!


Care Instructions:

 

  • Satin is delicate! Hand wash cold with mild detergent or use a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Hang to dry (do not tumble dry).
  • Wrinkle Removal: Steam is your best friend here. If you must iron, use the lowest setting and iron inside out.
  • Note: Due to different screen resolutions, the color (especially the Wine Red) may appear slightly different in person. Please allow for a 2-3cm difference in manual measurements.
