Shipping Policy
Our Sustainable Approach to Shipping
At REVIOUR, we are committed to mindful consumption and minimizing our environmental impact. We believe in creating beautiful designs without contributing to the waste of overproduction. To achieve this, we do not over-stock our products.
Instead, most of our designs are produced by our trusted partners across the world and shipped to our home base in Ottawa, Canada. Here, we conduct final quality checks and finishing touches to ensure every piece meets our exacting standards. From our hands to yours, this final step guarantees the quality you deserve.
This thoughtful process means delivery takes a little longer, but it allows us to operate more sustainably and ensure every item is perfect. Thank you for supporting a more responsible approach to fashion.
Order Processing Time
Your order will be processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. This is the time we take to prepare your order for its journey to you.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once processed, the estimated delivery time for your order is 7 to 14 business days.
Please understand that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. As we coordinate with international partners and conduct our quality checks, delays can occasionally occur. In rare cases, delivery could take up to 20 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
Duties & Taxes - All-Inclusive Pricing
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are handled and paid by REVIOUR. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has passed our quality check and is ready to be dispatched from our Canadian facility in Ottawa. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once we have delivered the package to the shipping carrier for its final delivery to you, the risk of loss and title for the items passes to you. REVIOUR is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reviour.ca with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fees.
