Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can login to your account and request a return or email support@reviour.ca with subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and include your reason for return.

Non-returnable: Final sale items, gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 14 business days.

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping

Each piece is custom made-to-order, helping us offset carbon emissions and minimize waste. Production takes 2-3 days after your order is placed.

Once produced, items are shipped to our facility in Canada for final quality checks before being sent to you.

Processing Time: 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing (up to 20 business days in rare cases)

All-Inclusive Pricing: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included. No surprise charges at delivery.

The 'Goddess Era' Draped Maxi Gown

Crafted from a stunning, flowy Polyester, this gown is pure allure. It's engineered for maximum impact, from the artfully draped one-shoulder top to the snatched "Mid waist" and the dramatic, floor-sweeping "Ribbon" cape. The Deets:

  • Fabric: Premium, flowy Polyester chiffon.
  • Fit: A "long skirt" (maxi) silhouette with a defined "Mid waist" and intricate ruching/draping.
  • Design: Asymmetrical one-shoulder neckline and "sleeveless" cut.
  • The Extra: The dramatic, built-in "Ribbon" cape flows from the shoulder for a show-stopping entrance.


Sizing & Fit:  

This style is designed for a snatched, elegant fit. The Polyester fabric has minimal to zero stretch, so paying close attention to your Bust and Waist measurements is key. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Do not size down. To find your perfect match, please check the size chart carefully before you order!


Care Instructions:  

Material: Polyester. This baby is delicate! To keep her looking stunning, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water or dry clean. Lay flat to dry (don't hang!) to keep its shape, and stay away from heat or bleach.
