We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can login to your account and request a return or email support@reviour.ca with subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and include your reason for return.

Non-returnable: Final sale items, gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 14 business days.

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping

Each piece is custom made-to-order, helping us offset carbon emissions and minimize waste. Production takes 2-3 days after your order is placed.

Once produced, items are shipped to our facility in Canada for final quality checks before being sent to you.

Processing Time: 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing (up to 20 business days in rare cases)

All-Inclusive Pricing: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included. No surprise charges at delivery.

Sizing & Fit: This is a fitted mini dress with adjustable back straps. Available in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL.

  • Sizing Advice (Read Carefully): This item runs smaller than standard sizing. We strongly recommend choosing the larger size if your measurements fall between two sizes.
  • Fit Tip: While the lace-up back allows you to tighten the bodice for a snatched fit, the high waist and hips are non-stretch. Ensure your Waist and Hip measurements match the chart to zip up comfortably.


Care Instructions: Because of the delicate embroidery and sequins, Hand wash cold is highly recommended to prevent snagging. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Hang to dry.

Headsup:  Due to different screen displays and studio lighting, the color of the actual item (especially the vibrant Orange and Red) may vary slightly from the images. Please allow for a 2-3cm difference in measurements due to manual manufacturing. Check the size chart carefully before purchasing!
