Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can login to your account and request a return or email support@reviour.ca with subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and include your reason for return.

Non-returnable: Final sale items, gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 14 business days.

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping

Each piece is custom made-to-order, helping us offset carbon emissions and minimize waste. Production takes 2-3 days after your order is placed.

Once produced, items are shipped to our facility in Canada for final quality checks before being sent to you.

Processing Time: 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing (up to 20 business days in rare cases)

All-Inclusive Pricing: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included. No surprise charges at delivery.

Sizing & Fit:

This is a bodycon mini dress designed to fit closely to the body. Available in sizes S, M, L, XL. Sizing Advice (Read Carefully). Sizes run 1 to 2 sizes smaller than standard European and American sizing. Always size up if your measurements fall between two sizes. Please refer to the detailed size guide for exact measurements.

Care Instructions:

  • Main Fabric Composition: Polyester Fiber

  • Care: To protect the delicate sequin material, Hand wash cold only and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron directly over the sequins, or dry clean.

Headsup:

As with all high-glamour sequin pieces, please expect that the color of the actual item may vary slightly depending on the light (it will look different under club lights vs. natural light!). Also, due to manual measurement and the fitted style, please allow for a 2-3cm difference in measurements. Check the size chart carefully before purchasing!
