Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can login to your account and request a return or email support@reviour.ca with subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and include your reason for return.

Non-returnable: Final sale items, gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 14 business days.

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping

Each piece is custom made-to-order, helping us offset carbon emissions and minimize waste. Production takes 2-3 days after your order is placed.

Once produced, items are shipped to our facility in Canada for final quality checks before being sent to you.

Processing Time: 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing (up to 20 business days in rare cases)

All-Inclusive Pricing: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included. No surprise charges at delivery.

The 'Spotlight' Criss-Cross Mini Dress

Okay, we're literally obsessed. This is the dress for when you plan on being the main event. Crafted from a stunning, super-stretchy fabric, this dress is pure allure. The all-over ruching is engineered to snatch your silhouette, while the insane criss-cross "halter neck" and bust keyhole are designed for maximum impact.   • Fabric: Premium, super-stretchy Polyester blend (Polyester/Chlorine Fiber).
  • Fit: A skin-tight, "short skirt" bodycon silhouette with all-over ruching (listed as "pleated skirt") and a defined "mid-waist".
  • Design: Complex criss-cross "halter neck" ("sleeveless") with an adjustable tie-front keyhole.

This style is designed for a skin-tight, bodycon fit. The fabric is super stretchy, but to get that perfect, smooth ruched look, paying close attention to the size chart is key. Care Instructions:

Material: Polyester Blend. This baby is delicate! To keep her looking stunning, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry and stay away from heat or bleach.
