We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can login to your account and request a return or email support@reviour.ca with subject line "Return - [Your Order Number]" and include your reason for return.

Non-returnable: Final sale items, gift cards, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 to 14 business days.

For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Shipping

Each piece is custom made-to-order, helping us offset carbon emissions and minimize waste. Production takes 2-3 days after your order is placed.

Once produced, items are shipped to our facility in Canada for final quality checks before being sent to you.

Processing Time: 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing (up to 20 business days in rare cases)

All-Inclusive Pricing: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are included. No surprise charges at delivery.

Sizing & Fit: This dress features a form-fitting knit designed to contour the body. Available in sizes S, M, L.

  • Sizing Advice (Read Carefully): This item runs small. We strongly recommend choosing the larger size if your measurements fall between two sizes (e.g., if you are usually a Medium, order a Large).
  • Fit Tip: While the knit fabric has stretch, the silhouette is intended to be tight. If you prefer a slightly more relaxed fit or have a larger bust, sizing up is the best option.

Care Instructions:

  • Main Fabric Composition: Cotton (Knit).
  • Care: To maintain the shape and texture, Hand wash cold only. Do not wring or twist. Lay flat to dry—hanging this heavy knit while wet will cause it to stretch out and lose its shape. Do not tumble dry.

Headsup: The unique texture of this fabric catches the light differently depending on the environment. Please expect slight color variations between the photos and the actual item due to lighting. Also, please handle with care to avoid snagging the textured knit on sharp jewelry or accessories!
